
Well it's been a strange and interesting day, one that requires the most basic of comfort foods: hamburger steak, baked potato and sauteed spinach with garlic. The baked potato was my one carb for the day, and I used light butter and reduced fat sour cream. Seeing some good weight loss on the P90X program, so I am determined to keep it up. I celebrated Spring with my first run of the season - two miles. Here's to rebirth and new beginnings. Happy Spring!
